Here to Hear is a support program put together in response to the rising mental health concerns driven by the global pandemic.

To support your mental health & emotional wellbeing, the Here to Hear Program enables you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and safe space.

​

A Qualified Empathic Listener will provide you with a 

30 Minutes of an Audio or Text Session, Free of Charge.​

 

The purpose is to help you release your thoughts & emotions, in a healthy manner. Mindfulness techniques, journaling and other such activities will be provided depending on the conversation.
