Our emotions make us human, and who we are. We go through a wide spectrum of emotions in our daily life.We embrace some of them with willingness and curiosity and run away from some of them because they are unpleasant and sometimes even scary! How wonderful it would be if we could see our emotions as different weathers - not try to change it, instead embrace it and take care of ourselves when we experience them!
